DAMA International's primary purpose is to promote the understanding, development and practice of managing information and data as a key enterprise asset. DAMA International is a not-for-profit, vendor-independent association of technical and business professionals dedicated to advancing the concepts and practices of information resource management (IRM) and data resource management (DRM). DAMA Conferences DAMA International Symposium – DAMA produces an annual Symposium that is the premiere event in the arena of Data and Information Management. The program includes over 100 speakers, pre-conference workshops, full-day tutorials, conference tracks, after hour night school sessions and panels, user group sessions and early morning special interest groups. DAMA International Europe Conference – This is another exciting opportunity for DAMA International to exchange experiences with an international audience. DAMA International Australia Conference – This is the newest of conferences supported by DAMA International.
