Center on Aging and Health Research (National Bureau of Economic Research)
The goal of the NBER Center is to develop and coordinate research on the factors affecting the health and economic well-being of individuals as they age, as well as the broader implications of population aging. Project reports, publications and links to related centers are provided.

Population Studies Center (Urban Institute)
The Center studies U.S. population changes in response to economic shifts, the changing roles of men and women in families, and new policy initiatives. The site offers information on projects, publications and staff.

California Center for Population Research (UCLA)
The Center's interdisciplinary faculty carry out basic and applied research and training in demography. Its web site provides working papers, project descriptions, information on training, computing, administrative and information services, links, news and funding opportunities.

Center for Demographic Studies (Duke University)
The Center's mission is statistical analysis of the demographics of aging emphasizing long term care. Available at the site are project information, data from several years of the National Long Term Care Survey (NLTCS), publications, and links to related sites.

Center for Family and Demographic Research (Bowling Green State University)
The Center's main research themes address the well-being of children and families, with a close emphasis on adolescent development, health, morbidity and mortality, immigration, and family structure and adult and child well-being.

Center on the Economics and Demography of Aging (University of California-Berkeley)
The Center facilitates interaction among faculty, encourages research, provides infrastructural support through computing and data access, and supports new research initiatives. It sponsors seminars and working papers, and provides "user-friendly" research data.

Center for Social and Demographic Analysis (SUNY Albany)
The Center is an interdisciplinary research and training facility. It assists researchers in their quest for external funding and supports research projects.

Labor and Population Program (RAND Corporation)
The program conducts national and international research in the following areas of population concern: U.S. labor markets; demography of families and children; social welfare policy; the elderly; and economic and social change in developing countries.

Maryland Population Research Center (University of Maryland)
Key areas of research include social and economic inequality; gender, work, family and fertility; life course analysis of health and disability; and data development for population research.

Population Aging Center (University of Colorado)
The Center fosters interdisciplinary, collaborative research on health and aging, and on aging in light of differential migration and spatial redistribution.

Population Research Center (RAND Corporation)
The Center's research is multidisciplinary, using large-scale, longitudinal, micro-level data sets. The research themes include marriage and family, child health and well-being, the demography of labor force participation, and the effects of public policy.

Population Research Laboratory (University of Southern California)
The Pop Lab is an interdisciplinary research unit focusing on studies of urban growth effects, immigration, and population change in the United States. It also supports international studies of population growth, family planning programs, and environmental impacts.

Program in Population, Health, and Life Course (Ohio State University)
Program focus include demographic processes of fertility, morbidity, migration, and mortality; changes in population compositions and their consequences; and methods for studying personal histories, life changes, and life-course trajectories.
